Certified or Sworn Translations?

Unlike sworn translations, certified translations can be done by any professional translator. The certification includes the translator's signature, contact details, and the date.

Sworn translations are needed for legal documents like court orders, birth certificates, and contracts. Certified translations are used for a wider range of documents, such as academic transcripts, diplomas, medical records, and financial statements, when these documents are sent to educational institutions, government offices, or other organizations.
